About Author - The author is presently working as an associate professor in the department of sociology, Lucknow University, Lucknow. He is born in Faizabad district and completed his intermediate education from the district. The author has completed his graduation from Allahabad University. M.A., M.Phil from institute of Advanced ' studies, Meerut University and Ph.D. from Lucknow University. Since 1986 to 1989, he has taught in L.B.S.PG. College, Gonda and D.R.P.G. College, Seora, Faizabad. The author was selected as a lecturer through higher education, service commission and U.P.P.S.C., Allahabd. Ultimately he joined in a Government College, Marila, Almora. In F.A.A. Government P.G. College, Mahmoodabad, Sitapur he has served as a lecturer, senior lecturer and reader upto 2003. In 2003 author has joined as a Principal in Kalicharan P.G. College, Lucknow by the selection of higher education service commission U.P Having the interest of teaching and research he could not serve Kali Charan P.G. College for a long time and opted the readership of Lucknow University in the department of sociology on 14 October, 2006. The author has published his first book 'Caste, Politics and Administration' that was released by Late Governor of U.P. Sri. Suraj Bhanin 1999. The author has also written a book on 'Dalit women in 21st Century'. Industrial Sociology and Industrial Psychology both are comming together. The author has published about 10 papers in National s international journals.
