About Authors - Manoj Dixit b. 1961. Did his Ph.D. from University of Lucknow (1994) - on "Tourism Management in U. P." Dixit has been a teacher of Public Administration at Lucknow University for last 13 years. He also served as Coordinator, Institute of Tourism Studies, Lucknow University and Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. He has edited two books and has written five books and over two-dozen articles so far.
